Nelson Flores II - Comércio de Flores, Lda, is the entity responsible for collecting and processing your personal data (name, address, taxpayer number, phone, email) and your commercial data or related to your purchases.
The company will use the data provided for billing purposes, issuing the tax documents and / or others that prove necessary to comply with legal standards. The data will also be used for the purpose of sending orders or providing any information related to them.

The right to object to treatment:
When processing is carried out for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by Nelson Flores, Lda, the data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him.
The data controller shall cease the processing of personal data unless he provides compelling legitimate reasons for such processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the purpose of declaring, exercising or defending a right in a legal proceeding.
