In the event of termination of the contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different shipping method from the less expensive shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.We make these reimbursements by bank transfer.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.
- You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants, from the day you inform us of your free cancellation of the contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- You are only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling in excess of what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Similar to what you would do if you were to buy from a store).
Therefore and in relation to the goods to be returned you should bear in mind the following:
1. The product has not been used or tampered with;
2. The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not completely damaged.

You must provide us with the order or invoice number as well as a brief description of the defect or problem.
Damage During Transportation
If you receive damaged packaging and/or damaged items.
At the time of delivery you must check the contents and submit the complaint to the carrier in writing.

If you receive an order with the packaging in good condition but the contents are damaged you must (within 24 hours) contact us by the above means.
We will begin an investigation process so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.
In the event of transport damage, loss of the order or inability to deliver to the recipient, we will initiate an investigation, so that it may take up to 14 working days to confirm the occurrence. During this period we cannot make any refund.
Dissatisfaction with the Article
If you are not satisfied you can return your purchases.
In this case, you have 14 days to do so; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants, as provided by law and, above mentioned in "Right of Free Contract Resolution".
Please note, however, that you should not send the articles without prior contact with us.
