10. CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE, RESHIPMENT OR RETURN OF ORDERS

10 a) Order cancellation:

In this case the expenses of return are borne by the customer. These expenses are only the costs of shipping the items whose order has been cancelled.
10 b) EXCHANGE OF ORDERS:
The customer can exchange or return items purchased in the online store. The deadline for exchanges and returns can be up to 14 days after delivery of accessories and up to 2 days for flowers and natural plants.
Items to be exchanged or returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packed in the original packaging and without any signs of opening or use.
The shipping costs for the return or exchange are the entire responsibility of the buyer.

10 (c) SHIPMENT OF ORDERS:
The reshipment of orders returned to our warehouse due to incomplete or wrong addresses, or absence of the customer at the delivery address, is made upon payment of postage according to normal table without promotions, via ATM with a new reference, this payment is the entire responsibility of the customer.


11. RIGHT OF FREE TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

In compliance with Decree-Law No 24/2014 which regulates contracts concluded at a distance with a view to promoting the transparency of commercial practices and safeguarding the legitimate interests of consumers, Nelson Flores II - Comércio de Flores, Lda informs the following:
- The consumer has the right to freely terminate his contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants.
- The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants.
In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement, which must contain the following information:
- Identification of the addressee (if communicated by letter);
- Identification of the sender - Name and Address;
- Date (if communicated by letter);
- Number and date of the online order;
- Invoice-receipt number;
- Reference and quantity of the items to be returned;
- Signature (if you communicate by letter).

12. EFFECTS OF FREE RESOLUTION

In the event of termination of the contract, you will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different shipping method from the less expensive shipping method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.
We make these reimbursements by bank transfer.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.
- You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants, from the day you inform us of your free cancellation of the contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- You are only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling in excess of what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Similar to what you would do if you were to buy from a store).
Therefore and in relation to the goods to be returned you should bear in mind the following:
1. The product has not been used or tampered with;
2. The product retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not completely damaged.

Damage During Transportation

If you are not satisfied you can return your purchases.
In this case, you have 14 days to do so; and 2 days for flowers and natural plants, as provided by law and, above mentioned in "Right of Free Contract Resolution".

14. APPLICABLE LAW
